The IWANA Drift is our roomier, family-friendly compact camper for couples and small families who want a wider cabin, a proper rear galley and more breathing room without stepping into a full-size caravan. The main cabin is built around a generous 1.47 × 2.00 m mattress — a genuinely roomy sleeping space for a compact camper. The optional rooftop tent creates a practical family sleeping setup.

Family-friendly space, without going big.
Drift sits between the easy-going simplicity of Landscape and the more adventure-focused Outback 2.0. Its 1.5 m-wide body, rear galley, included front storage box and roof-top cargo rack make it the most family-friendly shape in the IWANA range. Keep it simple for two, or add the optional rooftop tent for a compact small-family setup.

What size is the Drift mattress?
The standard Drift mattress is 1.47 × 2.00 m and 80 mm thick. An Australian Queen Bed Upgrade — 153 cm wide — is available as a custom option, with final mattress length, layout compatibility and pricing confirmed in your written IWANA build quote.
What is Drift’s weight?
The current base specification is 700 kg dry weight with a 1,500 kg ATM platform. Final Australian registered tare and tow-ball load depend on the completed fit-out and selected options.
What is included in the $34,700 Drift 2027 launch special?
The current 2027 launch special includes an Australian fridge, front storage box and roof-top cargo rack in the $34,700 base price.
Is the fridge included?
Yes. An Australian-supplied fridge is included in the $34,700 2027 launch special, fitted and tested by IWANA before handover.
