Getting ready for handover.

Handover isn't a rushed signature and a wave goodbye. Whether you're collecting from our Cromer workshop or meeting a delivery, we walk you through your specific trailer — fitted options and all — so you drive away confident, not just excited.

What happens on the day

Final paperwork check

We confirm your details and fitted options match your order before anything else.

Exterior walkaround

Chassis, tyres, coupler, lights and indicators — checked together.

Hitching demonstration

We show you hitching and unhitching so you can do it confidently on your own.

Interior walkthrough

Bed and sofa conversion, storage cabinets, ventilation and the leisure hatch.

Power & water demo

Battery, solar and water systems, if fitted to your build.

Sign-off & questions

Time for anything you're unsure of, then the trailer is yours.

By law, we cannot release your trailer to you if your tow vehicle isn't suited and rated to tow the selected model, or if it doesn't have a correctly fitted, working electric brake controller. Before you arrive

What to bring.

  • Photo ID
  • Your order confirmation or invoice
  • Your tow vehicle, already fitted and ready
  • A phone or notebook for the walkthrough
  • Any questions you've been saving up
  • Final balance paid and cleared, if not already

What you'll leave with

Your paperwork.

  • Compliance plate details, fixed to the drawbar
  • Written warranty — 3 years body & chassis, 1 year accessories
  • Your build sheet, listing exactly what's fitted
  • A link to the Owner's Manual
  • Invoice and proof of purchase
How long does handover take?

Budget 30–45 minutes. We'd rather take the time to walk through your specific trailer properly than rush you out the door.

Can someone else collect on my behalf?

Let us know in advance who's collecting and we'll confirm what they'll need to bring, including proof of the paid balance.

What if my tow vehicle isn't ready?

We can't legally release the trailer without a suitable, correctly braked tow vehicle. Let us know as early as possible so we can move your slot rather than turn you away on the day.

Do you deliver?

Yes, by prior arrangement. We'll confirm the process, timing and any delivery charge in advance, based on your location — see our collection, delivery & risk terms.

What if I'm running late?

Call or message us — Cromer can get busy, and we'd rather adjust your time than have you rush.

We'd rather answer it twice than have you unsure on the day.
